DUMP THE JUNK
When: Saturday, June 24. Starting at 9 am until full – Come early as this fills up fast
Where: Skagit Highlands Park (the big park)
WHAT TO BRING: Household garbage, junk & debris, furniture, clean wood (no painted wood), recycle materials, scrap metal (stoves, washers, dryers, BBQ, lawnmowers) *please remove gas and oil from engines
WHAT NOT TO BRING: Paint, used motor oil, refrigerators/freezers, propane tanks, computers, televisions, tires, hazardous material, concrete, construction debris, yard waste.

* THE START OF THE LINE WILL BE AT THE STOP SIGN OF PANORAMA RIDGE AND CRESTED BUTTE AND WILL CONTINUE AROUND PANORAMA RIGDE.!! WE WILL HAVE PEOPLE STATIONED AT CORNERS ALONG THE ROUTE!!!
Sports Equipment
Please note that ALL sports equipment and yard toys must be put away/out of site when not being used. NOTE: Portable basketball hoops on the streets will be removed by the HOA and held for a short time before disposal.
Garage Sale
Get your garage sale hats on as we are having our annual Community Garage Sale on July 8. This is a huge event that draws in people from all over the region. Traffic and parking is always an issue, so please be aware of this event and plan accordingly.
